"Plate calculator keeps me from losing my mind"
I mainly use Strong to track my lifts, but the plate calculator is the thing I appreciate the most. I have zero patience for standing there half-dead trying to do gym math between sets.

It just tells me exactly what plates to throw on each side so I can get on with it. Such a simple feature, but on heavier days it saves me a ton of irritation and keeps my workouts moving.

"I’ve been using strong to track most..."
I’ve been using strong to track most of my workouts, and for the most part it does what I need without getting in the way. I like having my sets, reps, and weights all in one place, and the warmup suggestions can be useful when I’m not sure where to start that day.
That said, the warmup sets don’t always feel right for me. Sometimes they make sense, but other times they seem a little random or like too much for lighter lifts, so I end up adjusting them myself. It’s still a solid app overall, I just wish that part felt a bit more tailored.

"I’ve been using Strong at the gym…"
I’ve been using strong at the gym it’s really nice. The interface is simple and doesn’t feel cluttered, which I appreciate when I’m mid-workout and don’t want to mess around tapping through a bunch of screens. Adding sets is quick, checking old workouts is easy, and the dark mode looks solid. It actually feels like it was built by people who lift. My only hesitation is that I never fully trust customer service with apps like this, so I’m just hoping I don’t run into any weird issues that require support...

"Syncing has been super reliable"
I use Strong on my phone, and the data sync has literally been so reliable for me. My workouts show up right away, and I haven’t lost any sets or history so far. Even when I switch devices, it just works without any weird hassle. It’s a simple thing, but it makes a big difference when you’re trying to track consistently

"I’ve been using Strong for tracking…"
I’ve been using Strong for tracking my workouts and it covers almost everything I need, like logging lifts, timing rests, checking my history, building routines, and just keeping an eye on whether I’m actually making progress over time, which is nice because I don’t want to spend half my gym session messing with an app when I’m already tired and just trying to get through sets. Setting up workouts is simple, and it feels reliable for everyday use. I do wish some parts were a little more flexible, especially the stats and custom options, but overall it’s really solid. Not totally perfect, but close.

"Pretty good workout tracker overall"
Strong has a really solid exercise database, and most of what I need is already in there. A few machines at my gym are missing or named kind of weird, which is annoying—well, not a huge deal, since adding custom exercises is easy. Overall I like it a lot, just not quite perfect.

"Worth it for keeping workouts organized"
I use Strong a few times a week, the subscription feels fair for what I’m getting. The workout history and templates save me a ton of time, and compared to trying to track everything in my notes app? Why make it harder on myself? I’m giving it 4 stars because a few features do feel like they could maybe be included without paying, but overall, I don’t really mind the price.

"Rest Timer Is Frustrating"
I like the idea of the app, but the rest timer keeps glitching on me, and it’s getting annoying. It throws off the flow of my workouts, which is kind of the whole point of using it. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, because it’s hard to stay focused when the timer isn’t reliable.

"My subscription wasn’t showing up in the…"
My subscription wasn’t showing up in the app, so I reached out to support by email. They got back to me the next day and were actually really friendly, not like one of those copy-paste replies. It did take one more message to fully get everything fixed, but they sorted it out and explained what had happened, which I appreciated. i was relieved when it started working again. Would’ve been 5 stars if the first reply came a bit faster, but overall, happy with the support

"Really handy for custom lifts"
I mean, I do a few random accessory lifts my coach gave me, and strong makes it really easy to add them in. My sets, reps, and notes all stay saved, so I’m not retyping everything every workout. It’s not perfect, but this part has been super useful.

"Pretty solid for tracking lifts"
It tracks my lifts really well, and it’s been easy enough to use. I just wish the charts were, like, a little clearer to read sometimes.

"Makes planning workouts way easier"
I use strong to put my workout routines together quickly, it just makes the whole process feel easier. Everything is laid out clearly, so I’m not sitting there trying to figure out what to do next. It saves me a lot of time, which is kind of the main thing I wanted

"Easy to use, but the free version feels limited"
and I’ve been using it to track my workouts, and overall it’s simple and easy to get the hang of. That said, the free version starts to feel a little too limited after a while. I’d probably like it more if it offered just a bit extra without needing to upgrade, so I’m giving it 3 stars.

"Super Convenient for Tracking Sets"
I really like how easy it is to track my sets right from my wrist. It saves me from constantly grabbing my phone during workouts, which makes it feel worth it. Simple, convenient, and definitely a good value if you’re trying to stay focused at the gym.

"Super easy for tracking workouts"
I’ve been using Strong to log my workouts, and it makes things way easier. Adding sets, reps, and weights is really quick, even when I’m just resting between sets. My old notes app don’t compare at all for keeping track

"Records disappeared after the latest update"
After my last update, some of my records just disappeared. I’ve reached out for help, but it feels like nobody really wants to take ownership of the issue. I keep getting passed around or given vague answers, and meanwhile I’m stuck trying to figure out where my information went. Really frustrating experience.

"Surprisingly, export and backup just work"
I’ve been using the export and backup features, they just work, which apparently shouldn’t feel like such a big deal, but here we are. It’s simple, reliable, and I didn’t have to waste time figuring out some overly complicated process. Nice to see something do what it says for once

"Simple workout tracking without the fuss"
I’ve been using Strong for a few months now, and it’s made tracking my workouts way easier. Adding sets or changing weights only takes a second, which is great when I’m tired or trying to get through a session quickly. I also like that the app isn’t cluttered, and it’s easy to look back at my old lifts. I’m picky about paying for apps, so I’d still keep an eye on the price/value, but overall it’s been a really solid app with no major complaints from me.

"Solid gym app, way better than notes"
I’ve been using strong for a while now, and it’s been really good for keeping track of my workouts. Being able to pull up my workout history and check past sets quickly is super helpful, especially at the gym. The charts and analytics are nice too because I can actually see my progress over time. Some features do feel a little buried though, and a few things aren’t as clear as they should be, which is kind of ridiculous for an app that’s otherwise so polished. Still, it’s way better than using the notes app. Giving it 4 stars because it works really well, but a few small improvements would make it great.
